Tyndall light scattering spectra of Pb~(2+) with S~(2-) is studied.Based on that PbS particle forms an intense Tyndall light-scattering(TLS),is formed which is steadied by the TritonX-100.A light scattering peak at 396nm is found,and the enhanced intensity of TLS at this wavelength is proportional to the concentration of Pb(Ⅱ). The linear range of the calibration curve is 9.44×10~(-3)~5.5μg/ml with the detection limit of 2.83×10~(-3)μg/ml for the Pb(Ⅱ).The RSD and the Recovery is 1.06%,94.00%~97.00% respectively.Four sampl...
