文章提出了工业化是现代化的核心,指出了工业化各阶段的标志体系,分析了衡阳工业化的进程与近15年的目标体系,最后,从高新技术发展、信息化带动、产业结构调整、加快城镇化等四方面加速衡阳工业化进程,实现经济跨越式发展提出建议.
