论文分析了醴陵市陶瓷产业集聚的意义,即企业集聚可以获得企业外部经济,并论证了陶瓷产业集聚的政府推动的必要性.指出产业集聚的必然结果是促使陶瓷产业组织创新,扩大企业规模从而获得企业的内部经济性,并提出了两种创新组织形式,即专业营销组织,产品研发、生产和销售企业纵向经营联合组织.

The author considers that the ceramics industry assembly can bring exterior economy for firms, and it is the government who should promote ceramics industry to assemble. Ceramics industry assembly must bring about ceramics industry organization innovation and inner economy.
