The Remedy Function of the Coarse Extraction from Onychium Lucidum for the Rabbits with Acute Metrifonate Poisoning

目的研究栗柄金粉蕨粗提物(LM)对敌百虫中毒的解救作用.方法用敌百虫灌胃家兔造成中毒模型(共20只),随机分为4组,每组5只,A组应用生理盐水,B组应用LM,C组应用PAM-I,D组应用LM+PAM-I,上述4组均耳缘静脉静注给药.观察兔死亡时间(至用药后26 h).结果用药26 h内,A组5只全部死亡,B组存活1只,C组、D组各存活3只,C、D两组存活家兔发生反跳及反跳持续时间分别为1 h、2 h及3～6 h、1～2 h.结论栗柄金粉蕨乙醇粗提物可明显解除肌颤,改善呼吸;与碘解磷定合用可大幅度减少反跳现象的发生并减轻其程度.

Aim:To observe the remedy function of the coarse extraction from onychium Lucidum for acute metrifonate poisoning.Methods:20 rabbit models with metrifonate poisoning were divided into 4 groups randomly:Group A treated with normal saline,Group B treated with LM,Group C treated with PAM-I and Group D treated with LM+PAM-I.They were all intraverons injected on the auricle.The death time was observed till 26 h after treating.Result:During 26 h after treating,the five rabbits in Group A were all dead,one survived in Group B and three survived in bot...
