Antimicrobial Susceptibilities and tetM Gene Dertermination of Mycoplasma Hominis

目的　了解人型支原体 （Mh）耐四环素株耐药性状 ,指导临床用药。方法　对临床感染标本中分离的 51株Mh分别进行了药物敏感试验和tetM基因检测。结果　 51株Mh有 31株 （6 0 .78% ）带有tetM基因 ,其中 2 5株 （四环素MIC≥ 32mg/L）对美满霉素 （XG16 .4 5mg/L）、环丙沙星 （XG8mg/L）、强力霉素 （XG5.58mg/L）和氧氟沙星 （XG4 .35mg/L）交叉耐药。51株Mh对罗红霉素与阿奇霉素呈高度抵抗 ,其MIC90 均为12 8mg/L ,但对交沙霉素敏感 （MIC90 0 .2 5mg/L）。结论　提示耐四环素的Mh株对美满霉素、环丙沙星、强力霉素和氧氟沙星呈现交叉耐药 ,交沙霉素可作为抗Mh的首选药物

Objective:To acquire the information about present resistant characteristics of mycoplasma hominis( Mh),especially tetracycline resistant Mh. Methods:A total of 51 isolates of Mh were collected from infection samples in Hengyang. The susceptibity test and tetM determination were performed for each of the strains.
