Expression of mdm2 Protein in Human Giant Cell Tumors of Bone with Recurrence

目的　探讨mdm2癌基因蛋白在骨巨细胞瘤 （GCT）的表达及其与复发的关系。方法　应用SP免疫组织化学方法检测mdm2在 52例GCT中的表达 ;GCT按Jaffe分级 :Ⅰ级 15例 ,Ⅱ级 2 5例 ,Ⅲ级 12例。结果　 18例mdm2表达呈阳性 ,占 34 .6% ;在Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级中的阳性表达率分别为 4 0 .0 %、32 .0 %、33.3% ;mdm2阳性表达率在骨巨细胞瘤Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级中的差异无显著性意义 （ χ2 =0 .2 8,P >0 .0 5）。在 2年随访期内出现复发的 8例中 ,有 6例阳性表达 ,无复发的 4 4例中有 12例阳性表达 ,两者差异显著 （ χ2 =6.81,P

Objective: To investigate the relationship of mdm2 protein expression with pathological types and recurrence in patients with GCT of bone. Methods: Expression levels of mdm2 proteins in 52 cases of patients with GCT were examined immunohistochemically,using anti-mdm2 proteins monoclonal antibodies. Results: 18 of 52 tumors expressed mdm2 protein.40.0% of the gradeⅠ,32.0% of the gradeⅡ and 33.3% of the grade Ⅲ giant cell tumor of bone showed mdm2 protein positive.
