采用链霉菌抗生物素蛋白－过氧化物酶连接法（Ｓ－Ｐ法），研究Ｐ１６蛋白在胃癌和吕前病变（不典型增生、慢性萎缩性胃炎及慢性消化性胃溃疡）中的表达。结果显示，Ｐ１６蛋白阳性表达：达癌４７．５４％（５８／１２２），癌前病变９０．００％（７２／８０），正常胃粘膜９２．２５％（７７／８０）嵩分化腺癌３７．９３％（１１／２９），代分化腺癌５１．２２％（２１／４１），未分化癌５７．６９％（１５／２６），印戒细胞癌

Objective: To investigate the expression of protein in the gastric carcinoma and premalignant lesions (dysplastic gastric mucosa. Chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic peptic ulcer). Methods: The expression of P16 protein was examined with a streptavidin-peroxidase conjugated method(S-P) in gastric carcinoma and premalignant lesions.
