本文报告１１例儿童非何杰金氏淋巴瘤并淋巴瘤细胞白血病（ＬＣＬ），其中，裂，无裂细胞性３例，无裂细胞性４例，淋巴母细胞性４例，临床Ⅲ期７例，Ⅳ期４例，局部淋巴结迅速增大９例，全身浅表淋巴结肿大７例，腹部肿块４例，纵膈肿块３例，肝肿大１０例，脾肿大，６例，发热，消瘦各９例，苍白１０例，血红蛋白，血小板低地正常值各１０例，白细胞高于正常值８例，骨髓象增生活跃，原始或幼稚淋巴细胞０．２５～０．８０，平均０
