为探讨背根节中神经生长因子(NGF)及trkA蛋白对脊髓可塑性的作用,采用成年大鼠5只,建立单侧备用根模型(即切断一例L1 ̄4,L6 ̄S1的脊髓节段背根,保留L5为备用根及备用背根节)。术后动物存活5天,灌流固定,取双侧L5背根节(DRG)冰冻切片,用兔抗2.5SNGF及trkA蛋白多克隆抗体分别进行S-P法免疫组化反应,DAB显色。并对免疫反应阳性神经元进行图像分析。其结果手术侧DRG中NGF及

For exploration of the effect of NGF and trkA protein in plasticity of spinal cord, five adult male SD rats were used to establish spared dorsal root preparation(i.e rhizotomy of unilateral L 1~4 , L 5~S 1,hind limb dorsal roots, leaving L 5 as a spared dorsal root). The rats were perfused and fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde after five days. The L 5 dorsal root ganglia were sectioned and 20 um thickness frozen sections were cut.
