为了了解血管成形术后动脉修复过程中内膜增生与重塑间的关系，定量分析了致粥样硬化猪髂动脉在单侧球囊血管成形术后内膜增生及内、中膜和血管的横截面积的时相性变化。经HE和弹力纤维染色的切片在显微镜下进行组织形态学测量。球囊血管成形术往往撕裂内膜斑块和中膜，内弹力膜断裂。管腔被扩张后暂时增大（与对照比较，1天和3天时的管腔相对面积分别为对照的269．6％±95．1％和199．5％±42．0％），8天后回到原基础水平（管腔面积为对照的120．6％±32．7％）。随内膜增生，管腔缩小（30天时，管腔面积为对照的55．4％±25．7％）。血管的增大阻止了管腔的进一步缩小（90天时，血管横截面积...

To determine the histomorphometric correlate of neointimal hyperplasia with arterial remodeling during arterial repair after balloon angioplasty of atherogenic vessels, intimal, medial, and lumen areas of swine iliac artery were assessed in atherogenic vessels 1, 3, 8, 14, 30, and 90 days after angioplasty.
