Preparation of Collagen-Polyvinylpyrrolidone-Iodineand Observation of Its Germicidal Efficacy

本文应用胶原、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为碘的载体，制成胶原－－聚乙烯吡喀烷酮－－碘，一种治疗骨炎的植入式缓释体，并在室温保存条件下对其稳定性及存放１８０ｄ后的杀菌效果进行了观察，结果表明，在室温下，碘化胶原存放１８０ｄ后，有效碘仅下降０．６６％，此时对金黄色葡萄球菌，大肠杆菌，绿脓杆菌具有较强的杀灭能力。

Collagen - Polyvinylpyrrolidone-Iodine(C-PVP-I) was prepared and its stability and germicidal efficacy was observed.The results indicated that the decrease rate of available iodine was 0.66%after storage for 180 days at room temperature.A solution of the C-PVP-I contaning 12.5mg/Lavailable indine with 5 min Contact time could kill 100% of staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia Coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.When 20 % Calf serum was added to...
