用硫酸铵作为盐析剂沉淀尿激酶溶液中蛋白质，符合Ｃｏｈｎ经验式，ｌｏｇＳ＝β－Ｋｓｍ。结果表明：常数β值随ｐＨ和温度而变化，盐析常数Ｋｓ与温度或ｐＨ基本无关。
