目的探讨肠内喂养温度对肠缺血-苒灌注损伤(ischemia -reperfusion injury)大鼠的影响及作用机制。方法将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、缺血-再灌注组、肠内喂养温度组（10 ℃、24 ℃、32 ℃、40℃组），复制大鼠肠缺血-再灌注损伤模型，观察肠黏膜形态行Chiu评分；采用比色法测定胃黏膜丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力；RT-PCR 测定TNF-α mRNA在小肠组织中的表达；光镜下观察肠黏膜病理形态的改变，TUNEL法测定肠上皮细胞凋亡。结果缺血-再灌注损伤组肠黏膜屏障指标Chiu评分、MDA含量、凋亡指数、TNF-α mRNA表达及SOD活力与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P < 0. 05) ； 10...

Objective To investigate the effects of enteral feeding temperature on intestinal ischemia - reperfusion （I/R） injury in rats and explore its underlying mechanism.
