Objective To determine the effect of extracorporeal circulation (ECC) through the femoral vein and artery on cardiac resuscitation after cardiac arrest. Methods Cardiac arrest was induced by asphyxiation in 16 mongreal dogs which were randomized divided into 2 groups.
