BACKGROUND: Nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) remains a therapeutic challenge due to its aggressive nature and limited treatment efficacy. Traditional Chinese Medicine, particularly Qingdu Zengye Decoction (QZD), has shown clinical potential, but its mechanistic basis in NPC treatment requires elucidation.
