According to hydrolysis of triglycerides with lipase enzymes and the response properties of piezoelectric quartz crystal sensors(PQCS) to the solution conductivity,a new method has been developed for the determination of triglycerides in serum .The frequency shift response is derived to show a linear dependence in the concentration range of 7.4×10 -7 ~4 9×10 -3 mol/L for triglycerides.The regression equation of calibration graph is ΔF =-44.3-1320 c (mmol/L),with a correlation coefficient of 0.9989.The proposed method has been applied to the...
