根据临床执业医师资格分阶段考试改革的要求,本文对第一阶段考试进行了实证研究,探讨了分阶段考试的考试设计、组织实施的可行性,分析了考试成绩与初步效果,指出了存在的问题,提出了改进的建议.分阶段考试改革能够达到有效评价申请医师资格者是否具备执业所必需的专业知识和技能的目的,也能够为地方医学院校临床医学专业申请医师资格评价考试的整体改革提供参考.

According to the innovative requirements of the staged examinations of clinical physi- cian certification, this paper is set to carry out practical research on its first stage, discussing the feasibili- ty of examination designs, organizations ＆ implementations, results analysis and preliminary effects, and then, putting forward several improvement suggestions.
