Effects of interpersonal relations and social support on social adjustment in undergraduate nursing students

目的调查护理本科生社会适应的现状，并探讨人际关系、社会支持对社会适应的影响。方法采用分层随机抽样法，应用人际关系综合诊断量表、社会支持评定量表及中国大学生适应量表对南华大学护理学院485名护理本科生进行问卷调查。结果护理本科生社会适应总分为（195.37 ± 26.63）分；人际关系总分为（9.18 ± 5.81）分；社会支持总分为（36.72 ± 5.39）分。人际关系与社会适应呈负相关（r=-0.490，P〈0.01），社会支持与社会适应呈正相关（r=0.274，P〈0.01）。主要影响因素由大到小依次为：人际交友（β=-0.390，P=0.000）、人际交谈（β=-0.146，P=0.024）及主观支持（β=0.133，P=0.005）。 ...
