目的：探讨护理本科生自我分化水平、生涯适应力的现状，并分析两者的相关性，为临床护理教育者提供相关参考依据。方法采用自我分化量表、生涯适应力问卷对护理专业341名在校本科生进行问卷调查。结果护理专业本科生自我分化水平均分为（3.70±0.60）分，生涯适应力均分为（3.60±0.42）分。自我分化总分及各维度与生涯适应力总分呈正相关，其相关系数分别为生涯调适0.26、生涯人际0.38、生涯好奇0.32、生涯自信0.39、生涯关注0.27、生涯控制0.46。2个量表总均分相关系数为0.46（P值均＜0.05）。结论护理专业本科生自我分化水平能够影响其生涯适应力情况，临床护理教育者可结合护理专业学生自我...

Objective To investigate the current status of nursing undergraduate students′ self-differentiation and career adaptability and analyze the correlation of the two, so as to provide a reference for nursing educators to offer employment guidance.
