目的：了解鼻咽癌放疗患者疾病获益感的现状，分析其影响因素，为其制订针对性的干预措施提供依据。方法采用自制的一般资料调查表、疾病获益感量表对214例鼻咽癌放疗患者进行了便利抽样调查。结果鼻咽癌放疗患者的疾病获益感处于中等水平，总均分为（2.67±0.85）分。其中社会关系维度得分最高为（3.20±1.05）分，其次是家庭关系得分为（3.16±1.31）分，世界观维度得分最低仅（2.29±0.93）分；多元线性回归分析结果显示，年龄（t=-4.178，P

Objective To gain knowledge of the current situation of the benefit finding of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients who underwent treatment of radiotherapy, and to analyze its influencing factors, in order to provide theoretical foundation for formulating specific intervening measures.
