目的 探讨PERMA模式下心理干预对脑卒中伤残患者创伤后成长及主观幸福感的影响.方法 2018年10月至2019年4月,方便抽样法选取某市某三级甲等医院康复科的住院脑卒中伤残患者为研究对象,分为对照组和观察组.对照组患者给予康复科常规健康教育,观察组在此基础上接受连续8次的PERMA模式下的心理干预.在干预前、干预结束时、干预结束后1个月采用创伤后成长评定量表(posttraumatic growth inventory,PTGI)、主观幸福感指数量表(index of well-being,IWB)进行效果评定.结果 干预结束时及干预结束后1个月,观察组PTGI中人生感悟、与他人关系、自我转变维度及总分、IWB总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义...
