目的 采用ABCD2 评分量表对短暂性脑缺血发作患者近期预后进行评价,探讨其预测短暂性脑缺血发作近期进展为脑梗死的临床价值.方法 回顾分析96 例短暂性脑缺血发作患者的临床资料,依据由年龄、血压、临床特征、症状持续时间和糖尿病5 项内容组成的ABCD2 评分量表对患者进行评分和危险分层,计算发病7 d 内脑梗死发生率,分析ABCD2 评分量表与短暂性脑缺血发作近期脑梗死发生率之间的关系.结果 短暂性脑缺血发作7 d 内96 例患者中14 例(14.58%)进展为脑梗死,其中低危组(ABCD2 评分0 ～ 3 分)42 例中2 例(4.76%)发生脑梗死;中危组(ABCD2 评分4 ～ 5 分)40 例中8 例(20.00%)发生脑梗死;高危组(ABCD2 评...

Objective: To explore the clinical value of ABCD2 Score in the prediction of early cerebral infarction risk after transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods: Review the clinical data of 96 patients diagnosed with TIA.
