目的 了解氟斑牙患者体内无机元素的含量及血氟与各元素之间的相关关系.方法 在新化县燃煤型氟中毒病区3个病区乡和一个非病区乡共抽取五年级学生80名,按氟斑牙病变程度分对照组、可疑组、极轻组、轻度组、中度组和重度组.检测患儿血清钙、镁、铜、铁、锌含量,并分析血氟与无机元素间的关系.结果 各组间血氟、钙、铁、锌含量差异有统计学意义(F值分别为17.802、5.335、14.356、2.881,P

Objective To detect mineral element levels in children with dental fluorosis and to study the relations between serum fluoride and mineral elements. Methods 80 children in Grade 5 were chosen from three coal - burning fluorosis areas and one non - fluorosis area in Xinhua County, Hunan Province.
