针对目前研究生在实验技能方面培养上的不足,南华大学机械工程学院根据自身特点,提出并有效实施了着眼于培养研究生实验技能的虚实协同培养模式,有机地协调和处理理论与实践相结合、人才目标和培养体系相结合、教学研究条件和培养需要相结合等问题,旨在使得研究生能够迅速进入科研状态、融入课题和获取成果.
