摘要:
The sensitivity of photonic-delay homodyne phase noise measurement system is improved by using high-linear photodetector and low-phase noise amplifier in this paper. The phase noise model for microwave link is proposed and the sensitivity of photonic-delay based measurement system is analyzed with this theory model. Results show that phase noise sensitivity in this measurement system is -130 dBc/Hz at 1 kHz and -145 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz, and in my knowledge it is the highest sensitivity for photonic-delay homodyne technology without cross correlation. ©2013 Els...
