Broilers were immunized with Newcastle disease attenuated vaccine (ND) by digestive way and were immunized with ND after feed by two doses of cysteamine( CS-I and CS-II) respectively to detect the level of IgA in serum a by the sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELASA). Our results showed that the level of IgA in CS-I and CS-II group increased significantly compared with that of ND group ( P 〈 0.01 ) or( P 〈 0.05 ) at 3 and 4 weeks after immunization.
