A new DN100 hydrometallurgy ion-exchange model was tested at hydrodynamic parameters of 600 1/h, 700 1/h, and 800 1/h. We then analyzed the flux with the highest resin transfer efficiency. At the same time, we simulated the hydromechanics via FLUENT software to achieve a resin distribution nephogram at different times. This nephogram analyzed the resin transfer to characterize the model's juncture between the tower body and the connecting pipe.
