目的 探讨乳腺癌患者生命质量与希望水平、应对方式的相关性.方法 采用FACT-B(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast,4.0版)生命质量量表、Heath希望量表(Herth Hope Index,HHI)和医学应对问卷(Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,MCMQ)对224例住院乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查,调查内容包括:患者的一般人口学资料、生命质量、希望水平和应对方式,用SPSS17.0统计软件和描述性、t检验、单因素方差分析、相关性统计方法对患者生命质量与希望水平、应对方式进行分析.结果 乳腺癌患者的生命质量总分为(85.19±13.86)分,处于中等至高等水平；生命质量总体与希望水平总体及其三个维度都呈正相关...
