Objective To study the hereditary toxicity of depleted uranium (DO) and protection of DMSO in BEAS - 2B cells. Methods Through comet assay and observing mutation frequency of HPRT gene, frequencies of micronuclei and multinucleate cells, chromosome analysis, we researched the hereditary toxicity of DU and protection of DMSO.
