Aiming at the common problems of MPM unit, such as low efficiency of rolling mill, the steel pipi metal accumulation and ripping caused by mismatch between the rolling load and roll speed, a numerical simulation project was developed by using the relative equality load technology. The effect of main adjustable parameters on the rolling force and metal accumulation was investigated.
