The rotary drilling experiment of the thickness of SUS304 0.12 mm is carried out by using fiber laser processing system. The influence of laser power ratio, duty cycle, cutting speed, repetition rate, and auxiliary pressure on the taper of laser drilling is analyzed by orthogonal experimental method. Determining the best combined parameters of laser rotary drilling process are: cutting speed is 12mm/s, duty cycle is 8%, repetition frequency is 1.5 kHz, power ratio is 85%, auxiliary pressure is 0.8 MPa.
