高校实验室作为培养创新思维与创新能力的重要场所, 在创新型人才的培养过程中至关重要.南华大学药学实验中心依托湖南省"分子靶标新药研究协同创新中心"平台的优势资源, 巧妙地将科学研究与实验课程相结合, 在课程体系、评价方式、师资队伍建设、资源共享等方面进行了一系列改革与探索, 推进了研究型实验课程体系的构建与完善.

As an important place to cultivate innovative thinking and innovation ability, the university laboratory is serious important in the process of innovative talents’ cultivation.
