Determination of Total Polysaccharide Content in Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis by Phenol-sulfuric Acid Coloration Photometry

测定了五味子多糖的含量,探讨了不同品种的五味子在总多糖含量上的差异.采用单因素实验对五味子多糖进行超声辅助提取,采用苯酚-硫酸显色光度法测定多糖的含量.结果显示:辽宁五味子多糖的含量为32.10 mg/g,湖北五味子多糖的含量为19.27 mg/g.其余5个不明产地的药材,其多糖的含量处于9.43～ 23.13 mg/g之间.辽宁五味子中多糖的含量比湖北五味子的高,差异达到显著水平,其余不明产地的5个五味子样品,其多糖含量都比辽宁五味子的低,且仅有一个样品的多糖含量比湖北五味子的高.所得结果可为五味子多糖的深入研究提供参考.

The polysaccharide content of Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis was determined and the different polysaccharide content among the samples were investigated from different various sources. The single factor experimental design was used to choose ultrasonic assisted extraction conditions, and phenol-sulfuric acid coloration spectrophotometric method was employed.
