This study investigated the chromatographic characteristics of irradiated vitamins and their feasibility for dose measurement by using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Water-soluble vitamins in the B family, including thiamine hydrochloride (TH), riboflavin (RF) and nicotinic acid (NA), were used for comparative study.
