目的:观察幼年猪半月板在体外器官培养条件下的组织变化特点,为在体外器官培养下进行半月板研究提供实验依据.方法:1月龄幼年猪8头,取双膝内、外侧半月板,从每个半月板体部横行切取宽约8mm标本1份,共32份标本,进行体外器官培养.分别于培养0、2、4、6周后随机取出8个标本行组织学检查,HE染色观察半月板内侧1/3区域,计数每个视野的细胞数,比较各时间点间的差异；番红O染色观察半月板内侧1/3区域,记录染色程度,半定量评分,比较各时间点间的差异.结果:培养0、2、4、6周后,各时间点间每高倍视野的细胞数差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).培养0、2、4、6周后,各时间点间...

OBJECTIVE: To observe the histological changes of juvenile porcine menisci in an in vitro organ culture system. It was hoped that the experiment can provide evidence for the study of menisci in an in vitro organ culture model. METHODS: Eight juvenile swines of one month old were involves in the study. Thirty-two meniscal specimens with 8 mm in width were obtained from each meniscus in the two posterior extremities. The specimens were incubated in an in vitro organ culture model.
