基于社会失范和制度理论,利用2005~2007年中国工业企业数据库,实证考察了地区腐败对企业创新活动的影响. 结果表明:无论是表征企业创新投入的研发活动,还是表征其创新产出的新产品战略,均与地区腐败水平呈显著负相关;在区分不同所有制企业后,地区腐败仅仅抑制了内资企业的创新活动,却增加了外资企业的创新活动;地区腐败对小规模企业创新活动的抑制效应更大;相较于创新强度,地区腐败对企业创新倾向的抑制效应更显著.

Based on Social Anomie theory and Institutional theory,this paper investigates the relationship between the corruption of different regions and firms＇ innovation activities using the micro data on manufacturing firms from 2005 to 2007.The empirical results shows,firstly,both RD investment and new products sales had significant negative correlation with corruption; secondly,the negative relationship only exits in the domestic enterprises and a positive relationship is found in the foreigner enterprises; the depressing effect of corruption are m...
