Objective： To study the effect of aerobic gymnastics on immune molecule complements activities of university female students, and to provide the experimental basis of medical immunology for aerobic gymnastics. Methods： Thirty female university students who took part in aerobic exercise every one or three times were selected as the objects.C3 or C4 quantities of the students＇ sera were detected by single immunodiffusion, and complements activities were analyzed using complement hemolysis 50%（CH50）. Results： Complements activities of the students, who were trained in the aerobic exercise for three times every week, were increased from the eighth week of aerobic exercise. Conclusion： Complements quantities of the students, who took part in appropriate aerobic exercise, were increased. Complements activities of the students were enhanced.
