面对当前稿件投稿、审稿、录用等论文投录过程中的种种局限,可以设想建立以稿件评分为基础的统一稿件投录模式。稿件投录统一平台是指将所有作者的投稿集中到统一平台上,通过全国统一的专家进行集中审稿评分后,作者可以填写多个投稿意向,各编辑部按照稿件得分的高低择优录用各自的稿件。该平台的建立为作者投稿、专家审稿、编辑用稿三方面问题的解决提供了整体方案。
