目的:探讨Delta4在放疗计划验证过程中进行剂量体积直方图(DVH)评价的可行性。方法:将基于日志文件的三维剂量重建方法(利用Mobius FXTM实现)作为参考方法,采用Bland-Altman统计方法对基于Delta4的三维剂量评价方法和参考方法在宫颈癌和鼻咽癌容积调强放疗验证中的一致性进行分析,评价两种方法是否具有互换性,从而论证Delta4用于放疗计划DVH评价的可行性。Bland-Altman一致性分析利用的指标为日志文件重建剂量与Delta4实测剂量的均值和差值、TPS计算剂量和Delta4预测剂量的均值与差值,并以此分别绘制均值-差值散点图,通过观察散点分布区间来判断两种方法的一致性。结果:在鼻咽癌一致性分析中基于...
