目的:分析立体定向放射治疗(SBRT)患者中摆位误差对剂量学验证结果的影响。方法:分别对14例肺癌患者进行SBRT计划设计,并将计划移植到Delta4剂量验证模体中进行剂量计算,在Varian Trilogy加速器上进行照射,通过移动治疗床模拟患者左(+X)、右(-X)、头(+Y)、脚(-Y)、腹(+Z)、背(-Z)方向上1、3、5 mm的摆位误差,对这6个方向γ通过率的相关性进行分析,从而在γ(3%/3 mm,2%/2 mm)两个标准情况下验证摆位误差对剂量验证通过率的影响。结果:γ (2%/2 mm)参数下仅摆位误差为1 mm时的右方向和脚方向与原计划相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);γ(3%/3 mm)参数下摆位误差为1 mm时所有方向与原计划相比差异均无...

Objective To analyze the effects of setup errors on dosimetric verification of stereotactic body radiotherapy（SBRT）in patients with lung cancer. Methods SBRT plans were designed for 14 patients with lung cancer, and then transplanted to Delta4 phantom for dose calculation. The irradiation was implemented on Varian Trilogy linear accelerator.
