以华中地区4所大学城市地下空间工程专业为例,采用问卷调查和访谈相结合的现场调查方法,对目前该专业实习中存在的突出问题进行了分析,并基于STC理论,提出了既有利于学生职业生涯发展,又有利于学校和企业双赢的实习教学新模式。
