专业课教师牢牢掌握课程思政话语权是新时代高校全面推进课程思政建设的关键一环,不仅有助于掌握高校意识形态话语主导权、促进专业课与思政课同向同行,亦有助于提升大学生对于专业课的学习兴趣.但从具体实践情况来看,部分高校专业课教师课程思政话语的政治底蕴有待提升、育人指向有待明确、转换力度有待增强、话语案例更新速度有待提高.为此,高校专业课教师应努力做到旗帜鲜明讲政治,提高话语站位;主动承担育人职责,找准话语目标;顺应时代发展潮流,促进话语转换;立足学生话语需求,更新话语案例.
