Enterprise innovation activities are embedded in multi-networks, where middle manager plays an important role. Using the questionnaire data, this paper tests the influences of multi-networks, namely administrative network, knowledge network, and social network, on enterprise innovation, and middle manager’s effects are discussed as well.
