住区是居民生活生存的重要载体.随着社会的不断发展,人们对生活也有了越来越高的追求,而城市住区的发展见证了社会发展的变革.该文通过对国内外街区型住区建设的现状分析,基于中国实际情况,运用当代城市规划理论,探索中国居住小区向街区型住区过渡的规划转变,并提出街区型住区实施策略.
