目的 探讨甲状腺腺瘤的彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)声像特征.方法 将术后病理确诊的病变组甲状腺腺瘤50例,分析其二维图像及彩色血流分布特点,进行回顾性分析.结果 超声诊断与手术病理的符合率为95%,甲状腺腺瘤具有典型的边界清楚、包膜完整等声像学特征,瘤体周边处见较丰富的血流信号,部分呈环状分布.结论 超声检查在甲状腺腺瘤诊断中有较高价值.

Objective To discuss the features of thyroid adenoma by color Doppler ultrasound.Methods To improve the diagnosis of thyroid adenoma consistent with the rate,we retrospectively analyzed 50 cases of thyroid adenoma by two-dimensional images and color Doppler ultrasound,all confirmed by surgery and pathology.Results Thyroid adenoma color Doppler ultrasound examination and pathology consistent rate was 95%.Thyroid adenoma＇s main ultrasonographic characteristic has the clear boundary and complete involucrum,showing that thyroid adenoma tended to h...
