沟通内容、沟通方式、沟通及时性是影响作业班组成员间沟通有效性的三大因素。通过对核电厂数字化主控室采用新的状态导向法事故规程(SOP)进行工作域分析,提出了操纵班组执行SOP时沟通内容特征的假设:电厂状态及其参数、电厂系统功能和设备、规程是主要的沟通内容。在核电厂全范围模拟机上,3个操纵班组在事故场景下进行了操控实验。实验结果表明,数字化主控室操纵班组执行SOP进行事故处理时沟通内容特征的假设成立。

Communication content, communication mode and timeliness of communication are the main three factors that influence the effectiveness of the communication between team members. Based on the work domain analysis to execution of state-oriented procedures (SOP), the assumptions for operation crews' characteristics of the communication content in executing SOP were proposed, which supposed that the power plant status and parameters, power plant system functions and equipments, and SOP as well were the main communication contents.
