With the development of the social economy over the last 30 years, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is affected by unhealthy living habits and eating styles and has gradually become an increasingly serious public health problem. It is very important to investigate the patho-genesis and treatment of NAFLD for the development of human health. Probucol is an antioxidant with a bis-phenol structure.
