目的 探讨正电子发射计算机断层显像(positron emission computed tomography,PET-CT)图像中不同标准摄取值(standardized uptake value,SUV)勾画非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung cancer,NSCLC)肿瘤靶区对所提取影像组学特征的影响.方法 回顾性分析2016-09-26-2019-10-09山东省肿瘤医院行PET-CT扫描NSCLC患者资料31例.对所有病例的PET图像采用不同SUV阈值勾画NSCLC大体肿瘤区(gross tumor volume,GTV),提取影像组学特征.计算每个特征的百分变异系数(coefficient of variation,%COV)以评估特征的稳定性,采用Spearman相关性系数绝对值|rs|评估SUV与特征值之间的相关性,以类内一致性系数(intra-...

OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to compare impact of the radiomic features extracted from on non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC) target volume delineated by different standardized uptake values(SUV) of positron emission computed tomography(PET-CT) imagines.
