[目的]了解腰椎间盘突出症行腰椎后路椎间融合术的病人对康复知识的认知状况及其影响因素,为后续的干预研究提供依据。[方法]应用腰椎间盘突出症及腰椎后路椎间融合术相关知识问卷(LDH-PLIF)及一般情况问卷,对衡阳市4所三级甲等医院210例病人实施调查,了解此类病人的LDH-PLIF相关知识和一般行为习惯状况。[结果]病人LDH-PLIF相关知识总均分为(18.80±7.10)分。回归分析显示:文化程度(t=16.988,P=0.000)、年龄(t=-3.276,P=0.000)、行为生活习惯(t=-2.115,P=0.036)影响病人LDH-PLIF相关知识。[结论]病人的LDH-PLIF相关知识水平较低,而文化程度、行为生活习惯、年龄是其重要影响因素。
