[目的]分析压疮管理系统的上报数据,总结压疮发生的特点,探讨压疮信息化管理的实践效果。[方法]回顾性分析衡阳市某综合医院2013年—2014年压疮与难免压疮上报数据。[结果]两年间共收治住院病人140928例次,压疮现患率0.796%（n=1123）,医院获得性压疮发生率0.022%（n=32）,难免压疮发生率0.913%（n=1287）。2年的压疮现患率比较,0.717%（2014年）
